Swirling Dragon Playing Cards

I was inspired my Chinese mythology, and wanted to create a matchbox design.

Using that design I then created this detailed design, highlighting the floral designs through the fine-line drawings. The dark colours compliment the light colored details

I wanted to keep the overall look as natural as possible. I went to Kew Gardens which led to the creation of the floral vine border.
